Cancellation Policy
* Payments: Cash or Debit/Credit Card ONLY
* Late/Cancellation/No Show:
I understand unforeseen events happen and you may need to cancel. I ask that you give a 24 hour notice so that we can adjust the schedule to accommodate other clients.
* Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours are subject to 100% of the scheduled service price & will not be rebooked until the balance is paid.
* Be on time. I need the full service time to provide you with the best brows/lashes. If more than 10 minutes late, the appointment will be considered a no show. If a client no shows, 100% of the service scheduled will be charged & not able to reschedule.
* If you cancel, you have 1 month to rebook to use your deposit. After a month, a new deposit will be required.
* IF YOU OR ANYONE IN YOUR HOUSEHOLD HAS BEEN EXPOSED OR ARE SICK, PLEASE RESCHEDULE.
* Absolutely no refunds.
* Arrive with no makeup on.
* ANYTHING LESS THAN 50% REMAINING IS A FULL SET, PLEASE TEXT ME THE DAY BEFORE IF YOU NEED TO VERIFY HOW MANY YOU HAVE SO WE CAN PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
